The vibrating lumbar pillow is just a gimmick it just vibrates nothing to rave about. Plus the pullout footrest has stopped the need for a foot stool it’s that good! My only concern with the footrest is I feel it seems that the rest attachment might come off of the end of the sliding pole of uses with too much force. My only 1 complaint is mine came with a deep scratch on the side not sure if this happened during shipping but it looks like a small knife cut, which was a bit annoying for a brand new chair but its very minor and not that noticable, i think better packaging could help with that in the future.

I'm 6ft 1 if you are tall the recliner foot stool is not long enough unless you lay down word of advice use a pillow under you legs. Good chair - lots of features. It is assembled but there is a slight gap (see photo) and it doesn’t seem right - anyway it’s Xmas eve so not about to send it back.

1) the arms - many of the chairs you see have the chair arms connected in one place from the seat - and I read so many reviews about these being loose and flimsy. 3 holes for 4 screws.

Could quite happily sleep in it…. I would use a socket set rather than the supplied Allen key. Maybe not though.
