Good product tho overall, would recommend! As you can see from my photos, capsules are well packaged in a blister pack and the box has key labelling with contents and suggested daily dose.

The capsules are big and you only take one a day (recommender is to don’t drink or eat hot with it). I'll update this review after i finish the whole pack, and if i have anything to add i'll let you all know. I take the capsule intermittently with yoghurt application quite frequently esp before going to sleep or before intercourse . What I also like about these, is that distance comes from just one capsule per day – some brands state a daily dose when you actually have to take two or three capsules to attain that which can be quite misleading.
